Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie Recipe:


Make the most important meal of the day simple, while still giving your body the vitamins and nutrients it needs. This smoothie recipe in combination with Willard’s Water diluted according to instructions is the perfect way to start the morning.
Ingredients:

1/4 cup old-fashioned oats uncooked
1/2 medium banana
1/4 cup of Willard’s Water Concentrate diluted according to instructions to ensure maximum effectiveness
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
3/4 cup frozen mango
3/4 cup frozen strawberries or ½ cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup milk of choice dairy, almond, etc.

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
