About Nutrition Coalition Inc.
NCI (Nutrition Coalition, Inc.) came into being back in 1982 because of Real Willard Water (see the details by clicking on "One Person's Story" in the menu listing under Willard Water on our Information page). But since that Willard-Water-Start, many other fine products have come along over the years that also deserve people's consideration, and our customers deserve to get them in quality formulations. So many other products are now offered by this company.Our promise is to always bring our customers only the highest quality nutritional products, at the best price possible for such quality.
And one more thing, we always treat people as we'd like to be treated ourselves. That's why we have NEVER sold, rented, shared, or in any other way, given out any customer information to any other company or entity. And we never will. It's also why when you call our company during business hours, you will always be able to talk to a real person... and we mean a real person who actually knows something about our products, not just an "order taker".
It's also why we won't ever sell anything that's second in quality. We don't buy huge stockpiles of products to get them cheap, knowing that the supply will last so long the freshness would be "long gone" before the last of it was sold. And we won't sell capsulized products that have capsules so cheap they won't break down and therefore are incapable of providing benefit, no matter how good the product they contain might be. And we won't ever sell a product that doesn't contain what it says it does on the label. And why we won't sell anything we don't believe has merit-strictly fad products won't find a place in our line-up until they are recognized by experts we trust to actually have benefit.
I think you get the picture. We're a small enough outfit to feel accountable and responsible for every single sale, and to every single person who purchases anything from us. That's about as personal as service can be, we think.
